State Department Fact Sheet on Avian Influenza
Includes updated information on to avian flu, including actions being taken for official Americans and recommendations for US citizens abroad.

WHO recommendations relating to travellers
November 2005 WHO recommendations to travelers coming from and going to countries experiencing outbreaks of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza. Iin line with phase 3 in the WHO 6-phase scale of pandemic alert: human infections with a novel influenza virus subtype are occurring, but the virus does not spread efficiently and sustainably among humans.

CDC Interim Guidance about Avian Influenza A (H5N1) for U.S. Citizens Living Abroad
