USAID Event: Economic Recovery & Market Systems

Interested in learning more about economic recovery and OFDA programming?

This two-day workshop hosted is open to current OFDA partners and potential partners that work at NGOs eligible for OFDA funding. More info about OFDA funding can be found here.

This introductory course is designed for staff who are not economic recovery experts but want to gain insight into OFDA livelihoods programming and best practices.

By the end of this  free two-day workshop, OFDA partners will be able to:

• Describe the current best practices in economic recovery;
• Explain the different types of program options and their general guidelines;
• Identify where to go for technical guidance; and
• Identify what OFDA will and will not fund in economic recovery.

Registration

There is no fee to attend, but participants are responsible for all costs associated with attending including meals. To register, please email ofdaworkshops@ofda.gov.

Please note that space is limited, so register early. Participants are registered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Confirmation and logistical information will be sent in a follow-up email.
