Jillian Watt

Jillian joined the Humanitarian Policy and Practice team in January 2022 as a Program Associate.

She brings a unique global health background and NGO/USG experience to this role. As a program associate, she supports country response Working Groups and various INGO forums.

Jillian grew up in Maryland and attended the University of Maryland, College Park. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a minor in International Development and Conflict Management. She is passionate about proper humanitarian coordination during crises to prevent secondary public health emergencies. Before joining InterAction, Jillian interned with a non-profit in Haiti, the House Western Hemisphere Subcommittee, and the U.S. Department of State International Health Bureau. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and trying new vegetarian recipes.
