Lisa Bos

Vice President, Global Development Policy, Advocacy, and Learning

Lisa Bos joined InterAction in September 2024. As InterAction’s Vice President for Global Development Policy, Advocacy, and Learning, Lisa leads InterAction’s efforts to shape U.S. policy and legislation focused on global poverty reduction and effective development.

Prior to InterAction, Lisa served in various roles at World Vision over 13 years, most recently as Senior Director of Government Relations. In this role, Lisa led World Vision’s policy and advocacy strategy across both humanitarian and development sectors, including coordination with grassroots mobilization and global colleagues at World Vision International.

Prior to World Vision, she was a Vice President at Cassidy & Associates and Policy Director at the Republican Study Committee, in addition to serving in key roles for Representatives Bill Huizenga and Pete Hoekstra. She has extensive experience from the Hill and various lobbying roles in navigating complex policy issues, building consensus, and delivering measurable results.

Lisa holds a B.A. in political science from Hope College. She enjoys traveling, watching Manchester City soccer, and long walks with her dog Maggie.
