Mitch McQuate

As Press Secretary and Senior Editor, Mitch builds and maintains relationships with journalists, reporters, and media outlets to advance the priorities of InterAction’s humanitarian and development coalition. He also maintains the quality and integrity of InterAction content, ensuring accuracy and clarity for blogs, reports, and other materials.

Mitch joined the Membership and Public Engagement team as the Content Associate and Editor in September 2022.

Previously, Mitch was a Correspondent Intern at the Organization for World Peace. Through weekly articles and reports, he sought to bring awareness to current human rights abuses and advocated for principled action.

Mitch is from Boston, Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Criminology and Criminal Justice System certificate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
