Patricia L. Scott

Patricia L. Scott joined InterAction as Chief People Officer in June 2023. Patricia possesses over 30 years of hands-on experience directing, designing, and implementing a wide range of human resources programs for large nonprofit educational organizations. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, benefits and compensation, talent acquisition, employee relations and EEO, performance management, and human resource development.

Prior to joining InterAction, Patricia held several leadership positions in nonprofit associations and universities, including NAFSA: Association of International Educators, Georgetown University, and The George Washington University.

Patricia has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Georgetown University and a master’s degree in education and human resource development from The George Washington University, as well as SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
